Efficiency would be to already have your ball with your gear and your water bottle ready along with a well thought out healthy snack you prepare for after school, in the morning or the night before so that you can focus on your homework when you get back from school. Then you could eat and relax to digest your snack (since it is already made), while lastly get ready to go to practice. Can you clearly see the difference?
