⚽ PlayElite DA™ Flights and Cleat-Levels™ 🥉
B - FLIGHT (pre-CLUB) Novice thru AYSO
|
Green Cleat: Novice to soccer White Cleat: Rec-league soccer player/needs technical 🥉⚽B-Flight is for soccer beginners thru rec-soccer like AYSO and AYSO Allstars aall the way up to early club play. This is where you learn and hone your technique. Players begin with footwork touches; 400 (green) - 600 to 800 (white) touches in 10 minutes. They then move into attacking and reading with ball mastery, agility, basic shape, and finishing accuracy. This is where they are introduced to change of speed, change of direction, half-turns, rondos (from diamonds and triangles), controlling the ball thru controlling the midfield, and more as they matriculate.
Attacking if fun but defense wins championships. So we teach proper man-marking and zone defensive training exercises. They learn key basic tactics as they approach club-level play and competition. Lastly they get to play and show it all off in small sided games using the same core techniques taught by European clubs, South American clubs, and elite North American Technical Directors. There is an installation process per quarter after testing to offer a broader scope of game play to players advancing. Green and White Cleat are the grassroots levels where they learn footwork, "pass-receive-shot" radius-rotation, ball mastery skills, scanning, communication, shape, spacing, soccer acumen, defensive tactics, and develop their workflow vision in small-sided fractals with a continuous scaling Soccer IQ. |
Flight II (youth club soccer)

Flight II is for core club-soccer level competition. Players work on 800-1200 footwork touches [10 minutes] to start the day. Our installs at this level and above become more about achieving mastery of the game. Players train on the details of technique, movement, workflow, tempo, and ball mastery. They hone their skill-set for man marking and zone-line defensive tactical dexterity, to intro into complex set-pieces with agility for finishing (tactics/style/tempo).
They will master PKs, shooting, passing, off-tempo runs/angles, change of speed, and moving into shape. They learn competitive level team concepts; formation frameworks and honing shape, use only 1-2 touches and to pass/move/scan/communicate into small sided rondos at midfield. Players will begin developing a broader soccer IQ for decision making and risk taking, and learning the pitch corridors for detailing the outer perimeters in elite play. They scale their game into swift uniform transitioning during possession changes (learning how to steal possessions). Players train in small-sided games. They work on tightening up game play execution, and move toward reading ahead as they hone their mastery of match-ups, problem-solving, rotation power, and tactical performance by using the Thinking Model and the Defensive Model. |

Flight I is for club-soccer technicians (Select). Players work on 1200-1400 footwork touches [10 minutes], refine ball mastery, enrich the defensive mindset, and deep-dive into reads.
Footwork speed and ball mastery touches begin to scale. Quarterly installations are very high-level. They work on set-piece discipline, symmetry with off-tempo runs for agility and finishing, PK strategy and tactics increasing skill-sets, and train on the edge to elevate delivery-timing and performance. Players raise the elevation of their soccer IQ for game play, incorporate the pitch zones into planning and movement radius with power/rotation/stability, and will sharpen their game play posture without the ball. They add depth to their training by playing in small-sided games and/or scrimmages to expand creativity and mimic game situations that polish match-up acumen, increase awareness, radius power, stability, delivery rotation, accuracy, and vastly improve their game. |

ELITE Flight is for elite club-soccer technicians with team attitude accountability and deep commitment to the beautiful game. Installs include hidden secrets that only players at this level would have the sophistication to execute on. It covers deep performance tactics for attacking and defending, ball mastery, speed, situation IQ, and strategic game play.
Players work on high-quality footwork touches with tempo [1800/2200 touches in 10 minutes or less], superior ball mastery techniques, offensive and defensive mindset proficiency (think ahead), set-pieces/plays, strategies-execution-timing-symmetry, command of agility for attacking/finishing and defending, PK artistry, calculated restarts with set-pieces to gain advantage, and they always train on the edge to enhance their Soccer IQ manifesting elite level play. Players will also master nutrition, kinesiology, film study, and meditation. Our player development incubator is cultivated in the small-sided game play using strategies like position, rondos, shape, and game play installs, on-the-fly shifts, and disguise play tactics to improve delivery of team and individual speed, accuracy, tactical reads, formation, along with favourable match-ups to harness player efficiency and mastery of best practices/effectiveness to play elite. |
GOAL KEEPER TRAINING

FC7-GK Training Soccer IQ: Flight GK
GK: We currently offer Goal Keeper training at select times of the year. It is at the competitive level only. Players learn anti-rotation power, footwork workflows, set piece reads, and the strategic communication required to becoming an elite GK. Players receive a separate "GK" grading when they are assessed on testing days. If you are interested, ask your coaches for more details or call us.

Every player that tests, then passes the requirements, and is current on their monthly tuition will receive a Certificate of Mastery (at right) for the Cleat-Level™ they tested.
There are a total of 5 branches and 10 Cleat-Levels™ that players will matriculate through to graduate from our unique soccer program. Club level play begins with Bronze. Every player that also matriculates through and completes a flight will receive a commemorative medal (like the ones pictured right). FC7Soccer's Master-Mind™ Algorithm Clusters are Patent-Pending
Master-Mind algorithm™
Our proprietary "Master-Mind"™ algorithm cluster uses both supervised and unsupervised algorithms to manage and predict outcomes based on scores and statistics input and then output from each and every week of training. It scores weekly attendance and uses a base score for practicing at home. On assessment days the scores cover a variety of learned experiences from each Cleat-Level™ that reviews; fine motor skills and gross motor skills for offense and defense along with finishing, agility, and mental acuity. GK's also get assessed and receive a report on their abilities and growth.
There are four Flights to our program that are broken into 10 Cleat-Levels™ of assessment with ten degrees of mastery within each Cleat-Level™. Your player receives a digital report following each assessment testing (every 2 months) that they will take home with them that includes a plan for working at home nightly to improve their game and their role within our club.
